he was from sf, visiting his sister near where i lived
parents were the strict asian type
moved away from hom in 99
eventually moved to sf to be with boy
fast forward to 2003, after cancer
started travelling for work around the us, formerly a business analyst so i went from branch to branch, fixing things
during that time, span of about 6-7 months
boy gets promoted at work, becomes a manager
hires people to replace him, falls in love with a girl
i find out at month 8, leave him, take him back (i know, stupid)
2004, get married (again, i know, stupid)
he thinks that i'll cheat on him, becomes over protective, needing to know where i am
like every second of the day
fast forward, about 7 months later, things get worse. we argue about something
hmm, think it was because he was still talking to that girl
and he said it was because girl's mom had cancer
and he wanted me to talk to her
argue, argue, argue...then he pushes me (first it was a fist clench, then a push)
i kick him out, i move to southern california, and i divorce him
and i live happily ever after with jon and momo

well, I'm glad that had a happy ending.
